Her work on flagship projects like W Hollywood and The LINE Hotel established her as a go-to leader in guest experience, team culture, and operational excellence.
But it was in building those teams that Vivian found her deeper passion: developing managers into leaders.
Since launching her firm in 2009, she has trained and coached leaders across hospitality, manufacturing, and financial services, designing custom learning programs that don’t just tick boxes but transform culture.
